Start by cutting the meat into strips and season with sea salt and black pepper.
You can cook this easily in a pan, but you would need to do it in steps; cook meat first then remove to cook vegetables. I have a wok so I did it all together. Heat your wok and olive oil over medium heat and then add your vegetables.
And the finished product! Serve over rice and enjoy!
Deer Stir Fry
1 red bell pepper
half an onion
2 cloves garlic
handful of snow peas
1 pound deer tenderloin
soy sauce
spicy brown mustard
red pepper flakes
1. Cut meat into strips.
2. Wash and cut vegetables, mince garlic.
3. Heat oil in wok or pan over medium heat. (If using a regular pan, cook meat first, remove, then cook vegetables before adding meat back in).
4. Saute vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add meat and cook for 5-7 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. (Is doneness a real word?)
6. Make sauce to taste with last three ingredients.
7. Serve over rice and enjoy!
